An Overview

An overview of the classes and sessions available. If you would like to discuss which class or type of yoga will suit your individual needs, please get in touch and start a conversation about how I can best help you.

General Classes

20% discount when you book 12 classes

Book 12 classes – for personal sessions, with partners or if you just want to spread the cost with a group session and earn a 20% discount from regular prices.

One to One or Partner

£55.00 for a 1.5 hour personal class for you or you and your partner.

Additional charge of £10 if outside 15 mile radius of Walton-on-the-Hill, Tadworth, Surrey.

Introduction to Yoga

A beginner Course – 6 weeks £250

This is for participants who want to start practicing yoga, a course to learn principals and underpinning of what yoga is and help you with all those questions that need an answer too, ie, what is the purpose of Pranayama breathing?

MLM Signature Yoga

A hatha based yoga practice with a crystal grid layout to get you started and chakras balanced ready for your yoga journey.

Level – suitable for beginers, ALL LEVELS WELCOME.

Hatha Yoga

Is a generic term it refers to any type of yoga that that teaches physical postures, is a gentle introduction to the most basic yoga postures, outcome of this class, – to leave feeling looser, longer, relaxed.

Level = this class is suitable for beginners and all levels

Vinyasa Yoga

A flow of asanas, a sequence of fluid movements, asanas transition pose to pose linking breath with some music, a towel is a must bring for this active practice.

Level = a dynamic flow for heat building, suitable for intermediate- & advanced

Restorative Yoga (Yin Yoga)

A class consisting of around 5-7 poses assisting and pacifying the nervous system

Supported by props (blankets, bolsters, blocks straps) that allow you to completly relax and rest, held for 3-5 minutes postures include light twists seated forward folds gentle back bends.

Level = all levels

Please note that any cancellation made less than 24 hours, before a scheduled class, will be charged at full price.

Specialist Classes

Yoga for kyphosi/lordois

Carefully selected asanas will help reverse hunchback curve, as well as stretch the muscles across the front of the torso, which often have become chronically tight in this condition.

Discliamer: a letter is needed from your medical practitioner to exempt you of any arthritis limitations

Yoga for Thyroid (inspired by my daughter Lia Olivia Baughan)

A yoga practice using carefully selected set of postures, breathing techniques meditation to support the thyroid, to help restore hormone balance and regulate the endocrine glands

Yoga for MS

Using digra pranayama to help combat fatigue, yoga poses to improve walking ,variations to help with co ordination and balance. A slow calm paced class.

Yoga for athletes/football professionals.

Deep stretches for athletes, increase flexibility, strength and core, decrease injuries using passive stretching , these stretches help with a range of movement, especially useful for football professionals’ movement and agility on the pitch.

Yoga for mind health.

A yoga practice designed around meditation, breathing and asanas (postures) to enhance the pre-frontal cortex (the area of the brain associated with positive emotion) helping better to manage thoughts and feelings. 

All levels welcome.
